Lolit Solis, Nagsalita Tungkol Kay Chin Chin Gutierrez Sa Pagiging Isang Ganap Na Madre

Showbiz columnist Lolit Solis recently took her Instagram account to share an inspiring story to her followers and fans.

In her Instagram post, the talent manager shared that the former actress Chin Chin Gutierrez is now a full-fledged nun after several years of being a neophyte in a Carmelite convent.

According to Lolit, Chin Chin decided to leave her successful career in the showbiz industry to focus on her relationship with God and on her spiritual growth.

Lolit also said that Chin Chin chooses to leave the showbiz industry in exchange to become a nun to serve the spiritual needs of the people which is truly admirable.

The entertainment reporter is asking Chin Chin, who is now known as Sister Lourdes, to pray for everyone as the former actress is now reportedly a full-pledged Carmelite nun.

Lolit wrote on the caption,

Pray for us.”

Before becoming a nun, Chin Chin was an award-winning actress known for her roles in “Jose Rizal”, “Maalaala Mo Kaya: The Movie”, “Sa Aking Mga Kamay”, and many more.

Aside from being an actress, she was also an environmental advocate. She is the president and founding chairman of the ecological foundation Alaga LAHAT, which she created in the year 2006.

What can you say about this? Do you admire her on choosing spiritual growth rather than the glittering world of showbiz? Kindly share your comments, reactions, and thoughts with us.
