It was found out that Roxanne re-posted a message of a social media user who praised her for being a witty and friendly woman.
On the other hand, she had no concept that the conversation was intended to reprimand Alex who is being connected to her after she joined “Tawag ng Tanghalan.”
Because of that, the famous singer got negative comments from some social media users, particularly from the fans and followers of Alex Gonzaga.

After receiving criticism on social media, Roxanne submissively published an apology to the fans and followers of her fellow celebrities Alex Gonzaga.
